Modeled on the anatomy of the human heart, this ceramic vase by Lillemor Mannerheim (1927–1994) belongs to her celebrated M-series for the Gefle Porcelain Factory. Titled Small Heart, the piece embodies Mannerheim’s characteristic fusion of organic form and modernist expression. The surface is finished in the factory’s signature Mangania glaze—a deep, black tone with a soft satin-matte sheen.

Stamped with maker’s mark on the base. Presented in very good vintage condition.
